COVID-19 Health and Safety Update

Azul-Blog-COVID-UpdateIn uncertain times, people naturally think about security and making sure that everyone they love and everything they care about is in a safe place. Nothing has brought this into sharper focus than COVID-19.

Your home – and the roof above it – are the first line of defense from the world outside. With monsoon season right around the corner and more people sheltering at home than ever before, it’s more important than ever to keep the weather outside where it belongs. After all, the last thing you want to worry about right now is your roof and drywall when the monsoon rains come in June.

We understand that now is a scary time to think about household expenses, but it’s worth noting that 9 times out of 10, a roof can be repaired for significantly less money when a problem is spotted early. On the flip side, if a small leak is left unattended, a much more costly and painful repair could be on the way. So, if things are looking a little questionable up there, or you’ve had your eye on some unusual coloring on your ceiling, please give us call.

All Azul Roofing inspections are free, and should you decide to move ahead, flexible deposit and payment options may be available. If you’re feeling good about your own roof but know someone who might be heading into damp summer, we’ve doubled our referral fee to $300 effective May 1 through June 30, 2020.

In addition to financial relief, we are also working hard to ensure the health of our staff, customers, and their respective families.  We are tracking and following all local and CDC guidelines for social distancing and will continue to do so as our economy slowly opens back up in the coming weeks.

In most circumstances, inspecting or repairing a roof does not require entry into a home.  As a result, our crews spend their workdays outdoors with minimal customer contact. In addition, crews drive directly to the job site and return home once their workday is completed, further reducing the opportunity for cross-contamination with other crews, office, or warehouse staff. All remote-capable office staff are also currently working from the safety of their homes.

Life has a way of throwing us a curveball when you least expect. We know that now more than ever. If you’re a little uncertain about the readiness of your roof, we’d love to help.

Until then, stay safe and stay healthy.
