Azul Roofing - specifically Jack and Timber - have been a blessing to work with on our underlayment project. It's genuinely been a breath of fresh air to find a company that has our best interest at heart and has such great follow-through. We had to work with a solar company to remove and reinstall our panels for this project. After the reinstall, Azul sent an inspector who discovered the solar service provider had made some mistakes AND damaged some of the roof. Not only did Azul take care of it all with the solar company (including invoicing them for the needed repairs), they were extremely communicative and accommodating with us. We had our roof replaced a couple of years ago by Azul Roofing, and recently, during a home inspection (we're selling), we got dinged for some broken tiles on our roof. Since it's under warranty, I called to have them replaced. The woman who answered the phone only wanted to know one thing - do I need someone to come out super fast? I let her know that it wasn't that much of a hurry, but I'm pretty sure she would have had someone out within 24 hours. Anyway, we agreed on a time, they came out and did the work. The guy was really friendly and the work was done. Zero drama. They have excellent customer service and did a great job on the roof. Reasonable pricing, too. I just had another interaction with Azul. My experience with them has been perfect. They are friendly and helpful and genuinely proud of the work they do. I am so glad we chose them. I can't recommend them enough!

I contacted Azul using the Angi website and got a quick response with an accurate ETA by their representative, Jack. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and decided to do the majority of the repair right then since it mainly involved resetting the displaced tiles. Those that were broken he was able to replace with tiles from less critical locations which will be repaired in the near future per our agreement. Not only did Jack replace the tiles where the belong but he also taught me how to do it should this happen again. I would certainly hire Azul Roofing to work on my home again and recommend them for your job.

These guys are awesome! Bill came out to give me an estimate on my roof leak after the rain. He was kind enough to put a temporary patch on it right then, so my ceiling would not incur any further damage if it rained again. The estimate was very fairly priced and the repair looks great! Azul is honest and very pleasant to do business with. I highly recommend them.
